The Value of Exercise

March 15, 2019

Doctors have told us for years that regular exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Well, now researchers are putting a monetary value on exercise. Rob West and Steve Moore discuss how getting into shape could save you big bucks.

Then they take your questions at 800-525-7000 or Questions@MoneyWise.org about the following:

  • What are the differences between a will and a trust and when is one more appropriate than the other or do you need both?
  • If your local bank doesn’t offer very high rates on savings accounts and online banks seem to pay more, how safe is an online bank?
  • Why does MoneyWise recommend paying off smaller debts first if my smaller debts have lower interest rates?
  • How long should you keep credit card statements, utility bills, EOBs from the insurance company, tax records, etc.?

At the end of the program, Steve mentioned The Financial Stewardship Bible from the American Bible Society.  You can find it on this website (MoneyWise.org).  You can also connect with a MoneyWise Coach or access our other books and many free helpful resources.  If you’re active on social media, you can find us on Facebook (MoneyWise Media) and join the conversation.
